Due to the sensitive, temperature-dependent, and perishable nature of laboratory research materials, Penguin Peptides LLC enforces strict return and replacement guidelines to maintain chain-of-custody integrity and safety standards.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because returned research compounds cannot be re-entered into inventory or resold once they leave our facility, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or process refunds for change of mind, excess ordering, or accidental purchases.

2. Verified Manufacturing Defects

Returns or replacements are considered exclusively for verified manufacturing defects (e.g., severe physical vial flaws or batch discrepancies verified through official lab documentation).

  • Reporting Window: Any suspected manufacturing defect must be reported to sales@penguinpeptides.us.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Documentation Required: Claims must include clear photos/videos of the sealed vial, lot number, and detailed explanation.

3. Shipping Damage Protocols

If your package arrives physically damaged during transit:

  • You must report the damage to our team within 48 hours of delivery (as marked by carrier tracking).
  • Provide clear photos of the outer shipping box, packing materials, and damaged, unopened vials.
  • Reports received after the 48-hour window cannot be processed for carrier claims.

4. Non-Eligible Items & Voided Claims

  • Opened or Punctured Vials: Any vial with a broken cap seal, tampered flip-off top, or rubber stopper puncture mark is strictly ineligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances.
  • Improper Storage: Claims resulting from improper post-delivery handling, delayed refrigeration, exposure to heat/light, or failure to store compounds according to temperature specifications ($\le -20^\circ\text{C}$ or $2\text{–}8^\circ\text{C}$) will be completely voided.

5. Refunds & Decision Authority

  • Sole Discretion: All decisions regarding order replacements, store credits, or partial/full refunds rest at the sole discretion of Penguin Peptides LLC.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs, express delivery surcharges, and signature fees are non-refundable.
  • Remedy Limit: Approved claims will be resolved either through a direct product replacement or a shop credit/refund, as determined by customer support.
