Domestic Shipping & Handling
- USA Only: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not accept international orders or ship to freight forwarders.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Adult Signature Requirement: Orders valued at $1,000 or more require an adult signature upon delivery.
Carrier Terms & Transfer of Risk
- Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for all products transfer directly to the customer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier.
- Proof of Delivery: Official tracking confirmation or delivery scans provided by the carrier constitute final proof of delivery.
- Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier backlogs, weather disruptions, or postal interruptions.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or misdirected due to incorrect addresses.
Claims & Product Handling
- Lost Shipment Claims: Any missing package or delivery issue must be reported to our support team within 5 days of the listed delivery date.
- Immediate Storage: Customers are responsible for placing research compounds into proper storage (refrigeration or freezing as specified) immediately upon arrival. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by delayed storage or improper handling after delivery.
